To sum up my experience with Paramont, electrical services in one word would be phenomenal. Due to the storms in the area, I had a circuit breaker that had issues so I contacted last minute on a Sunday it was answered immediately. Justin made my experience, easy and stress-free. The response time was fast in the service provided was amazing and quick. This will be my go to for any electrical issues in my home and I would most definitely refer him to any and everyone requesting any services.

When a massive storm swept through East Texas we learned that a massive tree had fallen across the front of our home damaging the porch, roof and the electric service to our home. The biggest problem was that we were on vacation with no way to get home. We had seen a local electrician post on Facebook that he would be available to help anyone in need and decided to message him for assistance. He returned our call promptly and within 2 hours had assessed the situation and provided a quote. Once approved, he went to work within 24 hours and had the repairs done the next day. That’s impressive, but what was even more impressive was that he knew we were still gone and went by the house the next day to check on the work. While there, he saw our electric service provider and asked them to escort him to the house to ensure power was restored. He went out of his way to ensure we had power when we returned home. This level of service is not the norm, but it reflects the high standard that Paramount Electrical has for itself and the high level of integrity Justin sets for himself. Thanks again guys, great work.

Justin was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient! He installed can lighting in the kitchen, living room & bedroom. We will definitely use him again for our electrical needs!!

Justin and Cris were knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough. They found our broken powerline that was underground, and it had been broken by a They found our broken powerline that was underground, and it had been broken by an uprooted tree in the June tornado so a lot of detective work. Justin is excellent! He knew just what to do and got it finished so fast. I would so recommend him! And he came on a Saturday. You will not be sorry about contacting him for anything electrical you need! I will use him always.

I would not hesitate to call Paramount Electrical Service. I highly recommend them! When I thought I was having electrical problems, I called them them in the morning and they had someone available that afternoon. Justin, the electrician, called me to access the electrical issue. Then, he gave me his estimated ETA. He & Paramount are very customer service oriented & go the extra mile to get you taken care of!

Great service. Great work. Worked within a very tight budget. 100% recommend. Came on a Monday bid, completed worked on Wednesday. Justin was super friendly, understood everything I needed, and had no problems in figuring out wiring in an old home.

Called Justin at paramount electrical to install a large chandelier on a High ceiling in the entry way ! Showed up on time, Did what he said he would do , and installed the Light with perfection! Thank you 🙏 Recommend!!!!

Justin was outstanding for all of our electrical needs - which were extensive! This was a two day job and everything was completed on time, in perfect working order when he finished, and great care was given to our home. Justin even came out on Fathers’s Day to put the final touches of labeling the breaker box for us. Above and beyond customer service! I highly recommend and would use his services again and again when needed! Thank you Justin - you’re a rare find!
